Guest Services (Safety Patrol) Seasonal Employment Opportunities:

The Indianapolis Motor Speedway is in search of friendly, hardworking and enthusiastic people to be a part of our Guest Services team for all three spectacular events this season. Employment opportunities are available for weekend only, Race day only or longer term (Workamper) time frames.

Please Note: Employee badges issued to each worker allows for gate admission during track activity. All employees will have the opportunity to camp for free in the employee camper lot. IMS provides dry camping, water and pump truck services are available through companies contracted by IMS during our event weekends.

Beverage Zone Leader:

With the Beverage Catering Supervisor and Manager of Beverage Catering, provides leadership of all IMS Beverage Catering Division activities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Punctual attendance.

Upholding the level of service expected by the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

Adherence to prescribed dress code.

Coordinate delivery of product in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner.

Conduct opening and closing inventory of warehouse stock on a daily basis and control the distribution of product.

Provide a high level of customer service to each suite/hospitality coordinator in your
zone.

Check in with host/hostess as they arrive and assist with their initial order and set-up.
Continue making rounds throughout the day to ensure each suite coordinator has what
they need to host a successful event.
